Suzanne “Suzi” LaPlaca, 60, of Edgecomb and Boothbay Harbor passed away May 21, 2019 with family by her side.

Per her request, there will be no funeral service. Instead there will be a gathering of family and friends later this summer at Barrett’s Park.

Suzi leaves behind a daughter, Angela M. Hutchins; two granddaughters, Makayla B. LaPlaca and Natasha L. Haskell; three great-grandchildren, Raiden A. Hutchins, Penelope W.G. Watson, Serenity L.R. Coffin; two sisters, Cynthia Fuller and her husband Leonard and Barbara B. Newbegan; two brothers, Steve Brewer and Peter Brewer and his wife Elaine; along with an aunt, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and her dearest friend, Beth Robinson Bibber.
