The Southport Planning Board will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, April 11 at 5 p.m. at the Southport Town Offices. The agenda will include the following items:

1. Review and approve the March minutes

2. Application for building permit for Stephen Downs, 10 Point of View Lane, Map 13 Lot 4, increase in volume only within the 75-foot Shoreland Zone

3. Application for a building permit for Charles and Joanne Cochrane, 63 Ebenecook Road, Map 29 Lot 21, reconstruction of existing structure located on a permanent foundation in the 75-foot Shoreland Zone

4. Application for a building permit for SMP RW Land LLC, 20 Hendricks Hill Rd., Map 23 Lot 50, increase in volume only within the 75-foot Shoreland Zone

5. Any new business to be brought before the board

6. Adjournment
