On Wednesday, May 4, the Southport Planning Board will hold its regular monthly meeting at 5 p.m. at the town offices to consider:
1. A request by Michael Shean of 69 Joppa Rd. (Map 04, Lot 26) to expand an attached deck which is located within the 75’ shoreland zone;
2. The state’s response to recent amendments to the Land Use Ordinances.
