On Wednesday, Jan. 6, the Southport Planning Board will hold its regular monthly meeting at 5 p.m. at the town offices to consider:
- A site plan review for Hodgdon Yachts regarding expansion of boatyard activities on map 29, lot 19.
- Stewart non-conforming expansion on Capitol Island map 19, lot 53
- Recalculation of volume numbers in the 75-foot zone map 22, lot 15.
- The application of Stephen F. Downs, Map 13, Lot 04 for an expansion of a non-conforming structure in the 75' setback.
