At 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3 the Southport planning board will hold its regular monthly meeting at the town offices to consider:
A pre-application discussion on the application of Charles Stewart for cottage renovation and relocation at Map 19, Lot 53 on Capitol Island;
A pre-application discussion on the application of Robert Jones and Cindy Estes for cottage renovation and relocation at Map 19, Lot 34 on Capitol Island;
Application through Knickerbocker Group for expansion of a cottage within the 75 foot setback from high water at 40 Town Landing Road, Map 8 Lot 35;
Application of Gary Marple for expansion of a cottage within the 75 foot setback from high water at 22 Gray Road, Map 8 Lot 50.
