Due to the holidays, the Southport Planning Board will delay its normal monthly meeting from July 3 to July 10. It will be held at 5 p.m. at the Southport Town Offices and, as always, is open to the public.

The agenda includes the following items:

1. Review and approval of the minutes of the regular June meeting.

2. Review and approval of the minutes of a special meeting held on June 13.

3. A site plan review of an application for a building permit by the Southport Yacht Club (Map 32, Lot 23) for changes to a previously approved building permit for buildings in the Maritime Activities District.

4. Review a new application for a building permit requested by Martha Amesbury, 20 Gray Rd. (Map 8, Lot 51) for a rebuild within the 75-foot zone.
