Southport Planning Board meeting July 13

On Wednesday, July 13, the Southport Planning Board will hold its regular monthly meeting at 5 p.m. at the Town Offices to consider:
1. A request by James and Kathleen Helming of 58 Cozy Harbor Rd. (Map 30, Lot 5A) to expand various aspects of the home that is within the 75’ shoreland zone.
2. A pre-application meeting requested by the Southport Yacht Club to discuss possible improvements to the clubhouse.
3. Discussions on possible changes to the definition of a structure in the Land Use Ordinances.
