The Boothbay Region High School field hockey team will look to stop its three-game losing streak when it hosts the Dirigo Cougars (3-2 in Class C South) at 4 p.m. today, Monday, Sept. 10, at Perkins Field.

The Seahawks’ latest loss was at Winthrop on Friday, Sept. 7 as the top-ranked Ramblers (4-0) in Class C North won easily 9-1. Jada Francis scored three goals, while Moriah Hajduk and Maddie Perkins each added two for Winthrop

Cortney Meader scored the goal for Boothbay (1-3-0), while Maddy Barter stopped 10 shots.
