The Boothbay Region YMCA is thrilled to partner with ReVision Energy who will provide the Y with clean, renewable energy from a 50.49 kilowatt photovoltaic solar electric system on the YMCA’s gymnasium roof. Installation is scheduled to begin in July 2014. ReVision Energy shares the YMCA’s commitment to sustainability and its determination to develop long term solutions to Maine’s energy problems.

As part of the project, ReVision Enery pledges to track actual project performance and to provide the Y with complete annual updates. ReVision Energy pledges to donate the appraised fair market value of the solar equipment to the Y after nine years from the date of commercial operations.

This partnership is a salute to leadership and innovative spirit.
