Konstantinos Rigas, 31, of Boothbay Harbor is scheduled for a dispositional conference at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 12, according to the clerk’s office at Lincoln County Courts in Wiscasset. 

Rigas faces multiple charges stemming from a May 15 standoff with Boothbay Harbor police at a family residence. Charges from that day include Aggravated Assault, Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening (with priors) with a Dangerous Weapon, two counts of Assault, four counts of Terrorizing, Causing a Police Standoff, and Refusing to Submit to Arrest. Rigas also faces new charges including 18 counts of Violating Conditions of Release and one count of Witness Tampering.
