LincolnHealth is pleased to announce the availability of free transportation for those in Lincoln County who have scheduled appointments at the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic in Boothbay but have no way to get there.

This program is a partnership with Lincoln County FISH, Boothbay Rides and LincolnHealth. A person who has a scheduled appointment can call 207-633-1915 or email LincolnCovidVaccine@MaineHealth.org to schedule round-trip transportation.

It’s a good idea to call at least 48 hours before the ride is needed. You will be asked to provide your name, town, best phone number and appointment time. You will receive a call back to arrange for your transportation.

If you have not yet registered for an appointment, you can do so at vaccine.mainehealth.org or by calling 1-877-780-7545.

Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is a simple and important step to help improve the health of our community. Don’t let the lack of transportation stop you from protecting yourself and others from COVID-19.
