Dear Editor:

To Linda: Norm and I returned after four weeks away to learn of your death, followed by a Celebration of Life — packed to the gills. I think you sang that night; you were heard, probably will be for a long, long time to come.

You anticipated a trip to Mexico in March with your sister; instead you traveled solo on a different journey. Your courage was breathtaking, matched only by your spirit and optimism in the face of impossible odds — a beacon and lesson.

We grieve. We send what condolences are possible to your family. I shall miss you, beautiful lady.
