Dear Editor:

Something is wrong with the Y management that they went ahead and harvested all that timber without having gone to the planning board first. It represents either arrogance or incompetence, perhaps both.

As a member of the Y and one who lives on Lake Knickerbocker, I agree with Water District Manager Jon Ziegra and I hope the reclamation efforts are closely monitored. We need to protect our water quality.
