Dear Editor:
The Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club would like to thank all who attended our 13th annual Hometown Heroes cookout on Thursday, Sept. 11.
Special thanks go to the Murky Water Band for taking time to play. The music was enjoyed by all. Thank you to all the Rotarians who were involved; Chief William Armstrong of the U.S. Coast Guard; Chaplain Wally Staples of the Edgecomb Fire Department; chef Kim Mills; the American Legion; Compass Rose; and all of the departments who brought their equipment to view.
