The Plastic Free Peninsula Committee will give a free presentation at the Indivisible-Boothbay meeting tonight, May 21, at the Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club from 5-7 p.m.

The committee will explain what their mission is, give a quick review of Earth Day activities, update on what's happening on the state level, transfer station processes and new eco-friendly recycling process statewide, and how local businesses and restaurants are moving toward eco-friendly products.

The short film, “Smog of the Sea” will be shown. Ending the program with a call to action-how each one of us can be more conscious of what we use, and move toward a more eco-friendly lifestyle.
