Dear Editor:

Is this really that hard of a decision? A watered/sewered lot in a quiet neighborhood, in town, where possibly a family might make a home. Live here, work here, and maybe even volunteer on the Fire Department. And the answer is a parking lot. I don't even see a question. Let's add a water/sewer bill and a real tax assessment. Gone!
