Boothbay Region Elementary School will hold a “Ready for Kindergarten” night Tuesday, May 24, from 4 to 4:45 p.m. Parents of all children who will be enrolled in kindergarten at BRES in September 2016 are invited to attend this get-together. Childcare will be provided with games and a snack for children. Parents will meet the kindergarten teachers, hear what can be expected in kindergarten, get some tips and take home games to help children practice early reading and math skills, tour the kindergarten classrooms, and receive a free funny alphabet book.
