The Boothbay Seahawks found out how good Old Orchard Beach is in the season's first game with a 68-0 nothing loss at OOB and found out again the Seagulls were still a dominant team. OOB beat Boothbay, 58-6, Nov. 1 in 8-man southern conference playoff action. 

Boothbay finished their season at 4-5 including two losses to the undefeated Seagulls who are now 9-0.

No. 1 OOB plays No. 2 Spruce Mountain, 8-1, in the the small conference championship on Nov. 8. Spruce Mountain defeated No. 3 Sacopee Valley, 42-25, in the other semifinal.
