3rd annual Flu Clinic

Vital need for cat items

Area shelters are hoping for immediate donations of kitten food and cat litter, according to local pet advocate Lawrence Pitcher. “Please show a little TLC for these wonderful animals,” said Pitcher.

Peanut Butter and Jelly drive at Bangor Savings

A drive to collect jars of peanut butter and jelly is being held through September at branch locations of Bangor Savings. Local branches are in Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta. This September, help relieve food insecurity by donating jars of peanut butter and jelly. All donations will be distributed to local food insecurity programs in our communities across Northern New England – from food pantries, to backpack programs, to local shelters, and more. In light of peanut allergies, alternatives to peanut butter are also welcome!
