News and Notes from the Community Center

Tue, 10/01/2019 - 1:30pm

Since we are experiencing a wonderful early fall with beautiful weather and many activities still happening, we have decided to delay opening for Friday Night Games until November. We hope to see you then for board games and the usual coffee and treats.

Pat McKee reports that Love To Dance is going strong and she is happy to be back encouraging people to move through dance. One may drop in any Thursday morning from 10:30-11:30 and join in the fun.

We plan to be closed on Oct. 14 to observe Columbus Day.

Looking ahead, we have Family Bingo Night on Oct. 10, Fred Kaplan speaking on Oct. 21, and Sandra Leonard will begin her Flower Arranging classes on Oct. 22. Penny Donovan is putting together some exciting road trips for this coming fall and winter — watch for the announcements.

Be sure to call 633-9876 if you have questions about our programs or if you need to borrow durable medical equipment or if you need a ride to the center. We are here for you.
