Ocean Point Inn and Resort (OPI) will wrap up its 2020 season this week with musicians, Paul D’Alessio and Kat Logan.

D’Alessio will perform this Tuesday, Oct. 6 and Thursday, Oct. 8 from 7-9 p.m. and Logan, Wednesday, Oct. 7   from 7-9 p.m.

Throughout the season, Ocean Point Inn offers entertainment every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  This summer the Inn featured the talents of musicians Don Pride, Logan, Dave Gagne, Leroy Blackman, D’Alessio and Stevie Jones and already has a full line-up for its 2021 season.

With the state CDC mandates of protecting staff and the public from COVID-19, the Inn was forced to reduce their dining room seating from 120 to 50 in compliance. In an attempt to make up for the loss in seating and revenue,  OPI initiated oceanside dining and a food truck which provided guests with the opportunity to safely enjoy the outdoors and the summer season.  These new initiatives proved to be very successful.  In 2021, the Inn will continue to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week and will begin offering the property and food service for smaller events such as life celebrations, family reunions, artist workshops  and corporate retreats.

Ocean Point Inn and Resort will close for the 2020 season on Monday, Oct. 12. For more information or to make reservations, please call 633-4200. The Inn is at 191 Shore Road in East Boothbay.
