Lucy Marie (Roy) Marcotte, 96, of Concord, N.H., formerly of Bow, N.H., Boothbay Harbor and Wellesley, Mass., died January 7, 2014.

She was the wife of the late Daniel R. Marcotte, the loving and caring “Mum” to Judy Marcotte and Sr. Benigna, Dan and Nancy Marcotte, Al Marcotte, Joel and Ranota Marcotte, Lucy and Ted Mottola and James and Kim Marcotte. She was also the grandmother to Stephen, Amy, Megan, Joshua, Colleen, Ashley, Neile, Nicole and Ted, and great-grandmother to Westin, James, Catherine, Julia, Brian, Dominic and Lucienne.

We celebrate a life well lived by a kind and gentle lady whose memory will be treasured forever. Lucy was met in heaven by her late husband Dan, her three sons, Stephen, Marc and Neil, and granddaughter Kristen.

Her family would like to express their deepest thanks to the staff at Pleasant View in Concord for their loving care of Lucy during her final days.
