Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: Five arrests

    The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 253 calls for service for the period of May 23 to May 30. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 4,366 calls for service.

    Summonses

    Marie Stover, 58, of Waldoboro was issued a summons May 23 for Allowing Dog to be at Large, on Gross Neck Road, Waldoboro, by Animal Control Officer Allen Oliver.

    Stuart C. S. Wyman, 32, of Wiscasset was issued a summons May 24 for Operating after License Suspension, on Bath Road, Wiscasset, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

    Mary A. Temple, 53, of Hallowell was issued a summons May 25 for Operating after License Suspension, on Winslows Mills Road, Waldoboro, by Deputy Owen Beattie.

    A 17-year-old male juvenile was issued a summons May 26 for Driving to Endanger, on Bristol Road, Bristol, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

    Jose L. Cuestas Cardenas, 25, of Old Orchard Beach was issued a summons May 29 for Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report, on West Island Way, Edgecomb, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.

    Arrests

    Edwin Wiggins, 69, of Bristol was arrested May 23 for Domestic Violence Assault, on State Route 32, Bristol, by Deputy Scott Solorzano, on behalf of Lt. Brendan Kane, after an investigation into an incident, which occurred in Bristol.

    Terrence M. Fitzgerald, 57, of Chelsea was arrested May 26 for Operating under the Influence, on Gardiner Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

    Susan M. Genett, 51, of Camden was arrested May 27 for Failure to Give Correct Name, Address or DOB and Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, on Augusta Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Jeffrey Rogers.

    Dana S. Page, 60, of Boothbay was arrested May 29 on a Lincoln County warrant for Failure to Appear; Failure to Register Vehicle and Improper Plates, on Western Avenue, Boothbay Harbor, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

    Diane Lumbard, 58, of Somerville was arrested May 30 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Somerville Road, Somerville, by Deputy Ethan Burns.

    Accident

    On May 29, an accident occurred on Village Way in Edgecomb involving Jose L. Cuestas Cardenas, 25, of Old Orchard Beach. Cuestas Cardenas was operating his 2020 Tesla eastbound when he crossed the center line and exited the road. He continued onto a lawn and struck a stonewall. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.
