Life coach Elizabeth Sylvester speaks at Maine Media Women’s meeting
What’s the difference between being “selfish” and being “self-serving?” And what does it have to do with one’s ability to say “no” gracefully? Certified life coach Elizabeth Sylvester will connect the dots in her presentation “Saying ‘No’ Without Guilt and Shame” at the March 2 meeting of Maine Media Women.
A graduate of Newfield in Boulder, Colo., Sylvester is an ICF-certified business and personal life coach working with a variety of clients in the Midcoast area. She also leads a number of women’s groups and is a popular public speaker in the region.
The March 2 meeting, like all MMW meetings, is open to the public, and guests are always welcome. The meeting will be held at the Mobius Center on Business Route 1 in Damariscotta, beginning at 9:15 a.m. with coffee and networking. The program follows, beginning at 10. Suggested donations: members $3; guests $5.
