Boothbay Harbor Public Works Director Joseph "Jody" Lewis, who was relieved of his duties on Sept. 29, is still on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of appeal hearings with the town, according to his lawyer, Linda Yarmosh, on Dec. 1.

Yarmosh did not indicate when the hearings will be completed.

Boothbay Harbor Town Manager Tom Woodin said in an Oct. 21 email, as well as a Dec. 1 email, that he has been advised by the town attorney not to discuss the issue.
