We are so thankful for the efforts of the many non-profits that have continued to provide service during the past year. The Boothbay Region Garden Club continues to nurture and plant throughout the region - common gardens, flower boxes in public spaces, and educational forums.
The Rotary offers pickup of household, garden and recreation donations each week and sales at the "barn" on Montgomery Road every Saturday morning. And, the two thrift shops just off Townsend Avenue showcase the best buys in town for year-rounders and seasonal crowds. All of these volunteer entities offer services, funding, and expertise to the community at large.
Many thanks to the public works of each town that support all of these efforts.
