47 jump-ropers were primed for performance at the Boothbay Region Elementary School gymnasium on May 1.

Under the direction of physical education instructor Lauren Brown, jump-ropers from second to seventh grade showed off their rope skipping routines they had been perfecting for five months.

Performances showcased a wide variety of skills from triple-roped jumps, to a fully choreographed grand finale. Watch the video to the right to view some of the acts.
