Hunter Safety Course
Inland Fisheries and Wildlife instructors will be teaching a Hunter (Firearms) Safety course at Boothbay Region Adult Ed on Sept. 20, 28, and 29 from 6-9 p.m. You must attend all three mandatory classroom dates combined with home study. State law requires this course if you are applying for the first time license. The fee for the course is $10 per person.
Children ages 10-12 may participate if accompanied by an adult. A certificate will be issued upon satisfactory completion and exam.
To register, complete a registration form from the fall brochure at Hannaford, YMCA, Video Loft, Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library, Southport Memorial Library, and the town offices, or print one from our website: boothbayae.org.
Registrations and payment can be mailed: Boothbay Region Adult Ed, 236 Townsend Avenue, Boothbay Harbor, ME 04538 or dropped off at the office of Boothbay Region High School.
