Dear Editor:

I want to give a shout out to the Boothbay Harbor Public Works for the great holiday decorating job at the Whale Park. There is an old pro leading the process.

 

For years, when growing up at Captain Sawyer's Inn, the Upham family; Kim, Aaron, and Nick, would annually decorate the park. This was when the town did not get involved with it and the Uphams not only decorated the park but also used their own decorations. We don't take the memories for granted.
