    Donald and Eileen Higgins and Jeff and Melinda Browne, all of Boothbay, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Julie Higgins and Thomas Quincy Browne.

    Julie graduated from University of Southern Maine and is now a teacher at Edgecomb Eddy School. Quincy graduated from Tufts University and works at the Deck House School in Edgecomb, Maine.

    An August 2017 wedding is planned.
