Harbor scene art print donated for silent auction
Lynne and John Seitzer of Joy to the Wind Gallery have donated a framed, signed and numbered limited edition giclee print, “Harbor Island,” to Boothbay Region Health Care, Inc. (BRHC) to help raise funds for the development of a new health center. The print is from an original watercolor by John M.T. Seitzer and is #2 from an edition of 200. It measures approximately 18” x 12” and is matted and framed under glass in a mahogany frame. The overall dimensions are approximately 23 1/2” x 18 3/4”.
The BRHC capital campaign was launched in May to raise funds and support for a new primary care health center in the Meadow Mall.
“Before we can look to outside sources for start-up funds, we need to demonstrate that the communityy embraces this plan,” said Jerry Home, director of BRHC.
“Harbor Island” is on display at the Community Center in the Meadow Mall where you can place your bid in a silent auction. The Community Center is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The winning bidder will be announced in late August.
