The community is cordially invited to a special Good Friday service at Boothbay Baptist Church on Friday, March 30 at 6:30 p.m.

Entitled “The Living Last Supper,” it dramatizes events surrounding Jesus at the Last Supper through the eyes of his 12 disciples and leading up to the crucifixion. The drama will be interspersed with choral music and will culminate in the congregation’s observance of Communion, the Last Supper, as directed by Jesus in remembrance of His sacrifice.

The community is also invited to celebrate the triumphant resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and the promise of eternal life with Him, on Easter Sunday, April 1, during the following services:

Easter Sunrise service at 6 a.m. on the dock in Bayville, with breakfast to follow at the home of Al and Becky Roberts (food contributions welcome).

At 10:15 a.m. the Morning Worship Service will be held at the church featuring special music. (No Sunday School.)
