Caroline Knapp, daughter of Martin and Becky Knapp of East Boothbay, graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center in Cape May, New Jersey on Jan. 20. Dennis Blackman, right, president of the Boothbay Region Fish & Game Association presents Curt West of Boothbay with a special plaque commemorating Curt's 67th year as a member of the club at the Association's annual meeting on Jan. 18.
