On Tuesday, Jan. 7, the residents, while warm and cozy inside the Gregory Wing, enjoyed pursuing a winter craft project with the help of Boothbay Region Garden Club members. Participants created colorful snowmen that now decorate their rooms and their dining room. Not to be forgotten in winter, the birds and squirrels that grace the area just outside their windows were treated by the residents to peanuts and cranberries hung on the bushes beyond the walls and windows of the Gregory Wing dining room.

Garden Therapy, sponsored by the garden club, offers a wonderful opportunity to volunteer at St. Andrews Village while pursuing a pastime rooted in the appreciation of nature.
