Boothbay Region Garden Club’s Vice President Mimi O’Neill, left, presents the wreaths to adorn the Boothbay Harbor Post Office to Postmaster Lesley Blethen. The wreaths are decorated by the club at a wreath decorating, kissing balls, cocoa cones, tray favors and gingerbread houses workshop followed with a “souper” lunch.

The wreaths are distributed to the region's post offices, municipal buildings and libraries as one of the club’s civic projects. The tray favors are for local nursing homes. The other projects will be available at the Festival of Trees at the Opera House December 6, 7 and 8.

The festival is held for the enjoyment and participation of the community. Everyone is welcome and there is no charge for admission.
