First National Bank will soon provide a new way to serve customers with the launch of curbside banking in 15 of its branch locations.
Curbside banking is an additional option to its current lobby and drive-up services to provide simple and convenient community banking. Through First National Bank’s curbside service, customers can take care of any bank transactions that do not involve cash. The service will start on Oct. 15.
“We’re continually striving to find creative ways to better serve our customers” said First National Bank’s President & CEO, Tony McKim. “Curbside banking provides another option to choose from with the ability to schedule appointments and perform banking transactions from the convenience of your car.”
To schedule a curbside banking appointment, call 1-800-564-3195, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.-noon. At the scheduled time, park your car in one of the designated curbside banking parking spots. Call the number on the curbside banking sign to indicate your arrival. You will be asked for your spot number and a description of your vehicle. Wait in your car and a banking associate will come to you. Please remember to, have your driver’s license/ID ready and wear a mask as curbside bankers will be wearing masks as well.
