In honor of Fire Prevention Week, Edgecomb Eddy School students in grades kindergarten through grade three were treated to a tour of the Edgecomb Fire Department.
While there, they learned about the importance of fire prevention, what to do in the event they encounter a fire, and they got to see the men in their firefighting gear. The experience was very informative and everyone enjoyed touring the facility.
Overall, most students expressed that the best part was getting to climb aboard a fire truck.
