The Lincoln County Democratic Committee’s (LCDC) next meeting is Thursday, Oct. 17, 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Fire Station, 86 River Rd., Newcastle. This month we’ll meet Jon Treacy of Oxford, the fourth Democrat to announce a run for the U.S. Senate seat up for grabs in 2020.

The LCDC’s monthly meeting is an opportunity to meet members, participate in discussion, hear from political candidates and other speakers with expertise, ideas and opinions about current issues. All Democrats and progressive independent/unenrolled voters are encouraged to attend.
