Betsy Spekke, a preservation specialist, and Tammy Marks, director of Archive Services and Records Management, Maine State Archives, spoke to the Lincoln-Sagadahoc County Clerks' Association about the preservation of permanent municipal records on Sept. 17 during Lincoln-Sagadahoc County Clerks Association Meeting on Westport Island.
