Dear Editor:

Congratulations BRHS math team from one very old “non-mather.” I never thought I'd live long enough to complete Algebra 1 and 2. The very vain of my existance/the very dark period in high school and/the no light at the end of the tunnel blues. A sq.+ B sq. = C sq. The next thing was X sq. + Y sq. = Z sq. What happened to my ABC's? Then came those awful Algebraic word problems about certain trains leaving/arriving at a certain time, etc. Personally, I never cared when the trains left or arrived!

All kinds of kudos to each of you for bringing such an honor to BRHS and to yourselves! Additional kudos for coaches Peter and Nancy Gilchrist, our ever so helpful, friendly neighbors!
