Are there still some names left on your holiday shopping list?

No worries! On Wednesday, Dec. 16, the businesses of the Boothbay region have got you covered with Men's Night, a.k.a. Family Night.

Participating stores will be offering discounts across the board, or on selected items. Check the ads on pages 2 and 3 of the second section of the Dec. 10 Boothbay Register or Wiscasset Newspaper for details (or click here for eEdition version - page 2 or page 3).

That's retail shops, art galleries, hair salons, spas, restaurants and more.

These stores will be open until 9 p.m. — many offering hot beverages to warm you up and food to fill you up as you finish up that list … and start all that baking.

Now, about that food … The crew at Janson's Clothing Store will be back out on the sidewalk with their complementary barbecue; and Adele and Andy over at Slick's Boutique will be servin' up kielbasa, cheese and crackers and “grape-age.”

Restaurants Robinson’s Wharf, Pier 1 Pizza and Boat House Bistro will be offering dinner specials and at China By the Sea, drink specials.
