Community Lunch at Brady’s begins Nov. 4
After a summer break, weekly community lunch at Brady’s Restaurant will resume on Monday, Nov. 4, hosted each week by a local business, cnurch, or organization. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 a.m., and guests are welcome to linger and enjoy the fellowship. There is no charge although donations are accepted.
Groups lined up to host this season include: Southport, Boothbay Harbor and East Boothbay Methodists; Richard Hallinan Construction; Boothbay Craft Brewery; Earl’s Eats and Bangor Savings; Topside Inn; Wiscasset Ford; Boothbay Region Dart League; Janson’s Clothing; Community Resource Council; Shore Hills Campground/Neal Reny Construction; Freedom Auto; The Anchor Church; Peaslee Construction; the First; Rotary Club; and Boothbay Baptist Church; Rebuilding Together; Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library; and Our Lady Queen of Peace. There will also be one surprise guest host to be announced.
Parking is available in front of the restaurant and the back half of the lot across the street, as well as 2-hr spots on Townsend Avenue. Car pooling is suggested if possible. The one spot at the door is designated for drop-off.
