Dear Editor:

I would like to thank everyone who participated in our "Clothesline for Caring" at the Boothbay Harbor United Methodist Church!

This was our third year with this mission. During the winter months we had hats, mittens, gloves and scarves available on the clothesline. This year we gave out 118 items – which was up from last year which was 70 items.  We where very glad to be able to help the community in this way.

We have already begun collecting for next year. People are always asking when are you going to have another supper? Well, we hope people are ready to start coming out together for this fun fellowship that has
been missed the last few years. We are planning a soups/stews and bread supper with desserts on Saturday, April 15 at 5 p.m. We hope to see many old friends and new ones also. Cost is $10. Watch for more info!
