On Friday, Sept. 22, the Boothbay Charities Classic is proud to host the 26th annual Lobster Bake and Live Sports Auction.

This event will kick off the events of the weekend starting at 4 p.m. with the opening of the Silent Auction under the big top tent at the Boothbay Railway Village. All are welcome to come to the event under the big top for good food, the chance to meet some of sports great leaders, and the opportunity to bring home one of a kind sports memorabilia.

The Live Auction will begin at 6 p.m. and will be open to the public. Items this year include, but are not limited to: Whitten House stay which includes one week in four bedroom, three bath luxury home on the golf course for the week of the 2018 BCC tournament (Sunday to Sunday) including one foursome for the tournament (includes 4 rounds of golf daily); Game worn jersey by Portland Sea Dog Rafael Devers; signed Wade Boggs baseball; a Jim Rice signed jersey; Chicago Cub 2015 Rookie of the Year and 2016 MVP Kris Bryant memorabilia; customized golf packages at different courses throughout the state of Maine; Sea Dog package including tickets and memorabilia; and more!
