BRHS seeks host homes for students
Boothbay Region High School is searching for host homes for five international students who have applied to study at BRHS this coming school year. All of the students are boys.
"We have three Spanish students and two Chinese students," said BRHS Principal Dan Welch.
Carlos is 16 and lives in Madrid. He likes soccer and tennis and wants to be an architect.
Pedro is 17 and is originally from Brazil, but his family moved to Madrid, Spain. His father is an engineer and he wants to study in that field as well. He too likes soccer and tennis.
There is another student, Carlos, who is 14 who wants to apply but has not yet sent his profile.
Liu Xinxiao is 17. He is from the Shanghai region. His father works for a pharmacy. He wants to be an engineer.
Huang Zhengyang is 15 and from the Beijing region. His parents work in the financial sector. He likes math and photography.
