The Boothbay Region Elementary School 8th grade trip committee is currently running a raffle for a fundraiser.

The raffle will be drawn at our monthly meeting April 15 at 6 p.m. in the BRES Conference Room.  You do not need to be present to win.  We will reach out to the contact on the ticket.  First person drawn picks which of the three baskets they would like, second person picks next, etc. We have three baskets all with generous donations from our community:

Night In basket

Popcorn and gift certificate from Coastal Maine Popcorn Co.; Massage from Soul to Sole Massage; Sherman's gift card; Pinkham's gift card; Farm 23 gift card; Book mark; and Tumbler

Night Out basket

Harbor Theater tickets; Mine Oyster/Bistro gift certificate; Tugboat gift certificate; Kaler's gift certificate; Newagen Pub gift certifcate; Ice Cream Hut gift certificate

Red Sox basket

(4) Tickets to the Red Sox vs. Dodgers game on July 27, 4) sunglasses from Janson's; Tumblers

Tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10. All proceeds benefit the 8th grade end of year class trip to celebrate their promotion to high school with the goal being to cover all expenses so there is no cost to the students for the trip. 

The students have chosen to go to Moose Mountain Adventure Park in Richmond for mini golf and ice cream or a slushy then Urban Air for some jumping and arcade games with a final stop at Uno's for a meal together before boarding their coach bus for home.
