On May 5, Boothbay/Wiscasset girls’ Track and Field team finished 10th out of 12 teams in a Mountain Valley Conference meet in Lisbon. Boothbay/Wiscasset scored 25 points. Lisbon won the meet with 120 points. Winthrop finished second with 63, and Monmouth placed third with 45. Boothbay/Wiscasset runner Rose Campbell was the team’s top performer, placing third in the 100M and 200M dashes.

100M: Kayla Cooper, Lisbon, 13.38, first; Rose Campbell, Boothbay/Wiscasset, 13.8, third. 

1,600M: Brooke Buotte, Mountain Valley, 5:59.3, first; Julia Truesdell, 6:37.99, fourth.

4X100M relay: Lisbon, 56.02, first; Boothbay/Wiscasset, 56.75, third.

400M: Kayla Cooper, Lisbon, 1:05.26; Emily Gilliam, Boothbay/Wiscasset, 1:09.81, fifth.

200M: Kayla Cooper, Lisbon, 20.2, first; Rose Campbell, Boothbay/Wiscasset, 29.75, third.

Javelin, Ava Landry, Madison, 83-09, first; Eleanor Marshall, Boothbay/Wiscasset, 65-03, third.
