Boothbay’s Kenniston Hill house ready to move
The move of the historic Kenniston Hill house across the Country Club Road to the Boothbay Green/Elder Care Network property will happen in a few short days.
For those of you who made a pledge to help save the building, now is your moment!
For anyone who still wishes to help with the move and additional renovations — now is your moment.
Jewett Builders is on site preparing the house for the move and payment is due in full.
More funds will be needed to excavate and put in a foundation for the building on its new site.
We welcome previous and new donors to join in the effort to give the Kenniston house a firm foundation to start its new incarnation.
Please write your tax deductible check to either: BCA, move Kenniston Hill Inn or to: The Elder Care Network of Lincoln County, Kenniston House account. Both are nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations.
Please drop by Boothbay Harbor Framers in the Meadow Mall with your check or mail to: Susan Brackett, Boothbay Harbor Framers, 185 K Townsend Ave., Boothbay Harbor, ME 04537, or Deb Todte, P.O. Box 375, Boothbay, ME 04537
