All are welcome to attend the annual meeting of Boothbay Region Health Care, Inc., the non-profit corporation that is also known as the Boothbay Region Health Center. The meeting will be held at the Health Center, 185 Townsend Avenue, in the Meadow Mall from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31. On the agenda will be a review of the year's financials, a report of activities for the year, and the nomination and election of new board members.

BRHC annual meetings are open to the public.
