Boothbay Region Democratic election 2020 kick-off gathering Feb. 9
The town committees of Boothbay, Boothbay Harbor and Southport have united, in concert with the Lincoln County Democratic Committee, to positively engage in actions promoting Democratic values of social and economic justice, and the election of our Democratic candidates. One such activity is scheduled to occur on Sunday, Feb. 9, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Ragsdale Studio Gallery at 11 Sproul Lane, Boothbay.
The Election 2020 Kick-Off Gathering will be devoted to dispensing information related to our local, state and national candidates, along with important facts regarding the March 3 Presidential Primary, the March 8 Municipal Caucus, the May 29 and 30 Democratic State Convention, and the Nov. 3 General Election. This gathering of concerned voters of House District 89 and Senate District 13 offers an opportunity to seek solace in a community of like-minded friends and neighbors, to speak up, to listen, to learn, and to find ways - big or small - to help in the election process. Light refreshments provided, donations appreciated.
